Transparency about how we collect, use and protect your personal data, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide to us:
- Contact form: full name, email, phone/WhatsApp, subject and the message you write;
- WhatsApp: when you start a conversation through the site's button, we receive your number and the message content, under that platform's own terms;
- Searches and filters: the criteria you use in the property search remain only in your browser (in the page URL) and are not sent to any server of ours.
This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics tools.
3. Why we use your data
- To answer your inquiry and present the properties or services you requested;
- To schedule viewings and conduct your purchase, sale or rental negotiation;
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations inherent to real estate brokerage;
- With your consent, to send market opportunities and news — you may unsubscribe at any time.
The legal bases are consent (art. 7, I, of the LGPD), the performance of pre-contractual procedures at the data subject's request (art. 7, V) and compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation (art. 7, II).
4. Who we share it with
Your data is never sold or rented. Sharing occurs only when necessary to provide the service — for example, with banks (in financing processes you authorize), notary offices and professionals of your choosing — always limited to what is strictly necessary. When you use WhatsApp, the conversation is also processed by Meta Platforms under that service's privacy policy.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data only for as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal requirements. Once the purpose is fulfilled, the data is securely deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights (art. 18 of the LGPD)
You may, at any time and free of charge: confirm the existence of processing, access, correct, anonymize, block or delete your data; request portability; revoke consent; and obtain information about sharing. Simply write to [email protected]. We respond within one business day.
7. Security
We adopt technical and organizational measures proportionate to the risk: restricted data access, encrypted communication channels and secure disposal. No system is absolutely inviolable; in the event of a relevant incident, you and the ANPD will be notified as required by law.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the revision date below.
